Delete your account

Enter the email you use for Waysafe. We’ll send a link to confirm it’s you — nothing is deleted until you click it.

Request deletion

Prefer the app? Open Waysafe › Settings › Delete account.

What gets deleted

  • Your Waysafe account and email address
  • Sign-in links to Apple or Google
  • Saved favorites and app preferences
  • Our record of your subscription status

What isn’t affected

Your App Store or Google Play subscription keeps billing until you cancel it there. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. We never stored your browsing activity, so there is none to delete.

Cancel your subscription first in your store account, or you may be charged at the next renewal.

How long it takes

  1. Right away: we email you a confirmation link.
  2. When you confirm: your account closes and you’re signed out everywhere.
  3. Within 30 days: your data is permanently erased, including backups.
